Description:		This is a two (2) owners California Porsche 911S Targa that has no prior rust repairs or any accident damage. The past owner has had this 911S for 30 years in Irvine, California. This 911 was painted once in red 18 years ago. We do have the Certificate of Authenticity and the original color was Metallic Red. Five (5) Fuchs deep 6's alloy wheels are dated 1970. The interior is original including: carpets, seats, dash, VDO gauges, door panels, trim and Blaupunkt radio. All the glass is original and in great shape with no cracks or delaminating. The brake calipers, oil cooler, sway bars are all original. The 2.2-liter engine was recently rebuilt including the Mechanical Fuel Injection System that has overhaul and calibrated by Mark Jung of MFI Werks in 2009. The following parts were used in the engine rebuild: standard crank, new standard main bearings, rods were refurbished, balanced with new bearings & connecting rod bolts/nuts, original Mahle 911S Pistons & Cylinders were checked for tolerances, honed and with new rings installed, rebuilt cylinder heads with all new valve springs & valve guides, new timing chains, rails, springs ,rockers, seals cam towers & cams, all new engine seals, all new oil lines / cooler lines, all new fuel lines. The gas tank was cleaned & re-sealed, fuel pump rebuild and all new fuel lines installed. All the engine sheet metal was re-painted and the fuel lines, hose connectors, linkage, & nuts/bolt were cadmium plated. The transmission is a 5-speed 901 manual gear box with four wheel disc brakes. This is a great driving 911 that is ready to enjoy.
